Description:

NF3 (Nitrogen Trifluoride) is a toxic and corrosive gas used primarily in the semiconductor industry for cleaning and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes. It is highly reactive, particularly with moisture and oxygen, and can cause severe burns or respiratory damage. Proper safety precautions, including PPE and good ventilation, are essential when handling NF3.

Finally, we will provide you with a gas testing qualification report.
